The agreement

By purchasing or using CreditKit Pro you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t install the plugin and we’ll refund you within 30 days under our refund policy.

What you get

• A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install CreditKit Pro on the number of WordPress sites your tier allows (1 for Starter, 5 for Pro, unlimited for Agency).
• One year of updates and bug fixes from your purchase date.
• One year of email support per your tier’s response time.
• The plugin keeps working forever after your license expires — you just lose updates and support.

What you can’t do

• Resell or sublicense CreditKit Pro as a standalone product.
• Distribute it on a public plugin marketplace or torrent.
• Share your license key publicly or with people outside your organization.
• Use it on more sites than your tier allows. We’ll notice when activations exceed the limit; the excess sites will silently lose updates.

Agency tier license holders MAY install CreditKit Pro on client sites and transfer the license to the client during the contract. See your tier’s benefits on the pricing page.

Updates

We ship updates when we have improvements or security fixes. We’ll notify active license holders via email for security releases. We try to give 30 days’ notice for breaking changes; we follow semver (major version bumps mean breaking, minor and patch don’t).

Limitation of liability

CreditKit Pro is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep it bug-free and secure, but we can’t guarantee it’ll never have issues. Our maximum liability under these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited (gross negligence, willful misconduct, death/injury caused by us).

Termination

If you breach these terms (e.g. reselling or sharing keys), we may revoke your license. The plugin keeps working but updates and support stop. We’ll notify you by email first and give you a chance to fix the breach.

Governing law

Dutch law, Amsterdam courts. If you’re an EU consumer, your local consumer protection law still applies.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we’ll email all active license holders 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the plugin after the change means you accept the new terms. If you don’t accept, request a refund within 30 days under our refund policy.
