Pricing questions, answered.
What happens when my license expires?
Your CreditKit Pro install keeps working forever — the plugin doesn’t time-bomb. What stops is updates and support. You can renew anytime to resume both. If a year lapses, renewal is the same price as a new license, no penalty.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes, anytime. We pro-rate against the time left on your current license, so upgrading mid-year only costs the difference. One email to support@creditkit.store with the new tier you want; we issue the upgrade invoice the same day.
What if I need more sites than my tier covers?
Upgrade one tier (Starter → Pro, Pro → Agency). For Agency customers who genuinely need a custom volume above unlimited (rare — Agency means unlimited), email us. We don’t sell add-on site packs.
How does the 30-day refund work?
Email refund@creditkit.store within 30 days of purchase. We don’t ask why. The full amount goes back to your original payment method within 5 business days; your license disables on the next sync. No partial refunds after 30 days, no exceptions — that’s what makes the first 30 days a real promise.
Is VAT included?
Prices shown are excluding VAT. The correct VAT for your country is calculated at checkout — Dutch buyer pays 21%, German 19%, US 0%, UK 20%, etc. You get a proper compliant invoice within 5 minutes of purchase. We never see your card details.
Why are prices in euros? Can I pay in dollars?
Pricing is set in EUR because we’re EU-based and EU-VAT-registered. At checkout, the equivalent in your local currency is displayed (USD, GBP, AUD, CAD, and 130+ others) and your card is charged in that currency at the day’s rate. The WordPress plugin itself is currency-agnostic — your shop, club, or school can run on euros, dollars, sessions, tokens, or points.
