Why CreditKit Pro exists

Most WooCommerce credit plugins were designed for one thing: a shop wants to give a discount, a refund, a loyalty bonus. They work fine at that. They stop working the moment a sports club tries to use them for session credits, or a school for behaviour points, or a festival for drink tokens.

CreditKit Pro treats credits as a generic unit of value. The same plugin runs your e-commerce loyalty programme, your padel club’s session bookings, your school’s reward points, and your festival’s drink tokens. One database, one REST API, signed webhooks, eight use cases.

What we believe

• Credits are money, so the ledger must be real. Atomic balance updates, goodwill store-credit refunds, hourly reconciliation, signed audit trail.
• Fraud detection is not optional. Every credit transaction goes through a five-factor scorer. Banks don’t guess; neither should you.
• The data is yours. Eleven tables on your WordPress database, prefixed wp_pcs_*. No SaaS dependency, no outbound call unless you configure a webhook URL yourself.
• Buy once, own forever. The plugin doesn’t time-bomb when your license expires. You only lose updates and support.
• Refund in 30 days, no questions. If it doesn’t fit, we refund the full amount to your original payment method. We’d rather lose a sale than keep a customer’s $69 on principle.

How we ship

CreditKit Pro is built by a small, focused team in Amsterdam. We use the same plugin on the same WordPress install across all eight use cases — if it works for our padel-court demo, it works for yours. Every release passes its full PHPUnit suite — 190+ tests — before it ships. Every security-sensitive change runs through an API design + database + refactor review (we use specialized AI agents for each domain) before merge.

We handle payments through a registered EU merchant infrastructure — VAT, fraud, and card data are taken care of so you never see them. EU-hosted, GDPR-aware, 30-day refund.
